Cristina is a Senior Data & AI Strategist at Visium, where she helps organizations unlock the full value of their data by designing scalable data strategies, robust data foundations, and impactful analytics use cases.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ESADE, complemented by a specialization in Data Analytics and Data Strategy. With over six years of experience, Cristina has worked primarily in the automotive and retail sectors, leading end-to-end data strategy projects, data warehouse modernization, and broader strategic transformation initiatives.
Piotr is an AI & Data Strategist at Visium, where he works on AI strategy mandates with a particular focus on the financial services industry.
He holds a BSc in Mathematics with Management and Finance from King’s College London. Before joining Visium, he worked in venture capital, focusing on startup due diligence, market assessment, and company valuation. Driven by his interest in innovative technologies and business models, he now supports companies in identifying and defining impactful AI solutions.
Qiuyang is an AI & Data Strategist at Visium, where she supports clients across industries in shaping their AI strategies, driving innovation, and executing AI programs.
She holds a Master’s degree from ETH Zurich. Prior to Visium, she worked as a management consultant in a leading professional services firm and as a product manager at a fintech startup.

Anastasiia is a Data & AI Strategist at Visium, where she helps organizations unlock the value of their data by designing and implementing data strategy, as well as leading data & AI use-case ideation and prioritization. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from King’s College London and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Management from University College London. Before joining Visium, she worked as an Associate in pharmaceutical strategy consulting, advising life sciences organizations on strategic initiatives that reduced time-to-market and strengthened commercial outcomes.

Sama is a Data & AI Analyst at Visium, where she partners with the strategy team to deliver high-impact tactical recommendations. By architecting and deploying bespoke Data & AI strategies, she helps clients navigate complex digital landscapes. With a dual background in Biotechnology and Data Science, Sama specializes in implementing automated data solutions and leading the change management necessary for successful digital transformation.
Ana is a Data & AI Analyst at Visium, where she helps organizations shape and prioritize their data & AI initiatives, and turn strategy into clear, actionable plans, bringing structure to problems that often start out ambiguous.
She holds a Master's degree in Data Science and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Law with a track in disruptive technologies, connecting business goals with what's technically possible. Before joining Visium, Ana worked as a business consultant for manufacturing and life sciences companies, and she enjoys collaborating across business and data teams to help organizations make better data-driven decisions.
