Joan is a Data & AI Analyst at Visium, where he turns complex data into clear, actionable insights, translating business needs into scalable analytics that drive better decisions.

Before Visium, he spent nearly three years as a Data Consultant in banking, leading the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects alongside business and technical teams in agile environments. Joan holds a Master of Science in Big Data Management, Technologies and Analytics from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and is a certified Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer. As a native Spanish and French speaker, he connects seamlessly across Visium's international teams and clients.

Younes is a Machine Learning Engineer at Visium, where he develops AI solutions to address client business challenges and translating business needs into code.

He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, EPFL, with a specialization in Automatics and Systems and a Minor in Data Science. With expertise in the Chemical industry and experience in computer vision, optimization, generative AI, classical machine learning, and physics-informed neural networks, he adds tremendous value to our clients.

Alejandro is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Visium, with expertise in natural language processing and deep learning.

He holds a degree in Data Science from the University of Valencia and a Master’s in Language Technologies from UNED. With several years of experience across industries, including pharma, healthcare, manufacturing, legal, and diplomacy, Alejandro combines strong technical knowledge with a proactive, results-oriented mindset to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Carlos is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Visium, with a background in physics and a strong interest in data engineering and model deployment.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master’s degree in Data Science and Big Data. With over four years of experience, Carlos has worked in multinational consulting companies across various industries, including banking, consumer products, and water management. His expertise spans large language models, generative AI, classical ML for tabular data, and computer vision.

Francisco is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Visium's Engineering department, where he solves clients' business problems by designing, training, and deploying AI models that turn real-world challenges into working solutions.

His experience spans a broad range of industries, from ports and logistics as a data scientist to AI engineering across health, public institutions, insurance, and defence. Alongside his industry work, Francisco has taught Generative AI as a professor at IEM Digital Business School. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and has been recognized as an IMFAHE Fellow, USC research intern, and Silicon Valley Fellow, a record that reflects both technical depth and international ambition.

Melanie is a Machine Learning Engineer at Visium, where she builds AI solutions thtat solve business challenges and enhance customer experience. She holds a Master's degree in Computational Biology focusing on AI for Immunology, with research experience in protein language models for immunology, graph neural networks, and applying machine learning to cardiovascular disease risk prediction. 

Before joining Visium, she spent a year building AI solutions for the health insurance industry, alongside a year as a data scientist in general insurance. Fluent in four languages, she works seamlessly across Visium's international teams and clients, and brings tremendous value to our engagements.
