Alen is the Founder and CEO of Visium, helping companies unlock transformative & sustainable impact through artificial intelligence.
His academic background mixes Business Administration and Computer Science, and he holds a MSc in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management from Imperial College London, where he graduated with distinction and received the Best Overall Performance award. Recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30, Le Temps’ Top 100 Most Influential Swiss People, and Bilanz Digital Shaper “AI Masters,” he combines academic excellence with industry recognition to position Visium as a trusted leader in AI consulting
Vuk Vegezzi is a Partner at Visium and leads its work with flavor, fragrance, and ingredient companies. An idea hunter by temperament, he spends much of his time in R&D labs with perfumers, flavorists, and scientists, looking for the problems where AI can make a real difference to their work.
He built the practice from scratch. Today it helps leading flavor and fragrance houses discover new ingredients, formulate faster and anticipate consumer preferences. With dsm-firmenich, his team created the world’s first AI-augmented fragrance and flavor.
Before Visium, Vuk worked in venture capital and consulting. He studied at ESADE Business School and Keio University.
Anton Van Pamel is a Partner at Visium, where he spearheads AI in life sciences. He leads the AI Engineering organisation, including the Forward-Deployed Applied AI and AI Research teams.
Anton has led multiple flagship AI transformations for top global pharmaceutical companies, shaping strategies and deploying solutions across R&D and manufacturing. He also holds patents and publications in Agentic AI and a PhD from Imperial College London.
Pascal is a partner and CTO at Visium, leading the creation of an agentic AI platform that unites autonomous decision-making with seamless integration into complex business operations.
Over the course of his career, he has built and guided high-performing engineering teams, turning ambitious ideas into scalable realities. Driven by a passion for quality, agility, and meaningful impact, he delivers AI systems that generate measurable results and lasting business advantage.
Florian is Platform Engineering Practice Lead at Visium, where he supports customers in review, setup and development of modern data platforms.
He has more than 10 years of experience with (data) platforms and a proven track record of successful project implementations on the major hyperscaler as well as on premises. With expertise in project management, various technologies on the data and infrastructure stack and leadership skills he guides customers on their journey to a data driven future.
Moritz is Deputy Practice Lead, Data Science at Visium , where he leads platform-scale AI in regulated settings with a focus on pharma, reliably taking ML from pilot to validated production.
His teams deliver protein design with lab-in-the-loop active learning and cross-modal foundation models across large-scale omics, molecules, imaging, and text datasets. He served as lead analyst on a Communications Medicine (Nature Portfolio) study that beat ICD coding for detecting daytime impairment in insomnia.
Moritz has technical architecture experience across GCP, AWS, and Databricks.
