Álvaro is a Cloud Solutions Architect at Visium, where he advises clients and designs scalable cloud, data, and AI platforms to industrialize Machine Learning and Generative AI use cases, enabling measurable enterprise value.
He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, specializing in Electronics and Automatics. Leveraging broad consulting experience across diverse industries and deep technical expertise in cloud engineering, Generative AI, and classical Machine Learning, he consistently delivers high-impact outcomes for our clients.

Francisco is a Lead Data Modeler at Visium with more than 20 years of experience in Data Architecture, Business Intelligence, and Machine Learning projects across international environments.
He holds an MBA in Big Data & Chief Data Officer from ESG Paris, as well as engineering degrees in Industrial Computing, Electronics, and Automatics from French universities.
Francisco specializes in designing scalable data models, enterprise data warehouses, and governance frameworks that enable high-quality analytics and BI/AI-driven decision-making.
Kelly is an Expert Engagement Manager at Visium, where she leads strategic initiatives and AI transformations that help clients embed AI across their organizations.
She has a background in Computer Engineering and brings over six years of experience in data science and AI consulting. Before joining Visium, Kelly advised top-tier clients at Deloitte. By bridging technology and business, she ensures AI initiatives translate into measurable value.
Gaétan is an Expert Machine Learning Engineer at Visium, where he develops personalized AI solutions tailored to client needs.
He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from EPFL. Since joining Visium in 2018, he has played a key role in growing and structuring the engineering department from 3 to 40 people. He holds Azure and Dataiku certifications.
Célia is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Visium, where she develops AI solutions while strategically advising clients on their data and AI initiatives.
She holds a BSc in Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Centrale Nantes and an MSc in Data Science from City, University of London. With over three years of experience as a Data Scientist in the fintech industry and additional expertise in pharma, Célia has built strong capabilities in designing and deploying machine learning models, optimizing data-driven decision-making, and delivering impactful solutions.
Davis is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Visium, where he implements AI and machine learning solutions, develops data pipelines, and supports clients with end-to-end engineering expertise.
He has five years of experience as a Data Scientist, with expertise in machine learning solution implementation, data engineering, DevOps, and project management, working across finance, EdTech, consumer goods, and material sciences sectors.
Before moving into industry, Davis spent four years as a researcher in linguistics and cognitive sciences.
