Enrico is a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Visium, where he specializes in building robust AI solutions across a variety of industries. He holds a PhD in Mathematics, with a focus on cancer cell behavior and drug discovery and authored multiple scientific publications on the field. Having successfully delivered 20+ projects in sectors ranging from Pharma and Chemicals to Retail and Logistics, Enrico blends high-level mathematical and AI expertise, with practical, cross-industry experience to drive impact for our clients.
Teodora is an AI & Data Strategist at Visium, with a strong record in designing end-to-end ML solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
She holds an MSc in Statistics from ETH Zurich and a BSc in Mathematics and Actuarial Science from the University of Manchester. With four years of experience and specialization in the insurance industry, Teodora enjoys collaborating across business and data teams to enable organizations to excel in data-driven decision-making. She also holds Databricks Professional Machine Learning certification.
Lucas is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Visium, with a strong background in life sciences and data science.
He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from EPFL and, since joining Visium, has led multiple machine learning and MLOps projects for a major chemical client, deploying nearly 50 applications into production. His expertise spans Azure cloud services, MLOps, and the application of machine learning to healthcare and chemical data.
Yves is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Visium, where he designs and leads AI projects tackling complex challenges in biology, chemistry, and healthcare.
He earned his PhD in Biomedical Engineering, focusing on the use of large language models for protein design, enzyme optimization, and computational biology.
With deep expertise in generative AI, multimodal architectures, and AI-driven drug discovery, he brings a unique perspective that connects advanced academic research with industry applications.
Alejandro is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Visium, where he supports clients on their AI journey and contributes to projects across domains, including time series forecasting, recommendation models, computer vision, and data engineering.
He holds a BSc and an MSc in Applied Mathematics and Data Science from EPFL. With four years of professional experience, he brings expertise in Python, SQL, C++, Matlab, and R, as well as proficiency with Snowflake, DBT, and Terraform.
Esther is a Data Engineer at Visium, where she focuses on understanding business requirements and building systems that make data usable and accessible.
She holds a degree in Mathematics and a Master’s in Management of Production, Logistics, and Procurement from IMT Atlantique. With over four years of experience as a Data Engineer in the consulting industry, Esther has designed and implemented big data solutions that deliver valuable insights and drive informed decision-making.
