Michael is the AI Transformation Director at Visium, where he helps organizations adopt AI and new ways of working at scale.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich and is a certified Professional Scrum Product Owner. With a background in consulting at Booz & Co. and PwC, Michael also led Swisscom’s internal innovation program, managing 120 ideas per year. He brings deep expertise in corporate innovation, change management, and agile transformation.

Tara is the Head of Strategy & Operations at Visium, where she focuses on applying AI to life sciences in ways that translate innovation into real-world impact for patients. Her background spans medicine, strategy, and technology. After training in pediatric oncology in Hamburg, she spent over five years at BCG Zurich as a core member of the Healthcare practice.
Tara’s distinctive strength lies in connecting deep science, complex business strategy, and emerging technologies. This perspective drives her commitment to ensuring AI is applied not for novelty, but to address meaningful challenges across the healthcare ecosystem.
Karthigan is an Expert Engagement Manager at Visium, where he bridges business and technical teams to oversee the end-to-end execution of AI projects.
He has extensive experience in project and team management, having led over 50 AI projects across various industries, including banking, pharma, CPG, and manufacturing. Before moving into AI, he held multiple leadership positions at Forum EPFL, including President, where he managed a team of 20, oversaw partnerships and finances, and coordinated a CHF 1M budget.

Patrick is a Principal Data Engineer at Visium, where he specializes in data engineering and the design of innovative data integration pipelines tailored to client needs.
With over two decades of experience in data architecture and analytics, he has built enterprise-scale data platforms for Fortune 500 companies across sectors, including CPG, retail, pharmaceuticals, and transportation, along with valuable expertise in asset management. Patrick’s skills span advanced data modeling (ELM, Data Vault, dimensional modeling) and enterprise data engineering solutions.
Daniel is a Principal Platform Architect at Visium, where he designs and deploys scalable data and AI platforms for corporate clients, turning complex data challenges into production-ready solutions.
He brings 15+ years of consulting expertise built through senior engagements at Accenture, Talan Group, and Alten, across Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric. A former Microsoft Regional Director of eight years and a recognized specialist in modern data platforms, Daniel pairs deep technical depth with the strategic vision to drive Data & AI transformations that make a real impact.
Jeroen is a Principal Data Engineer at Visium, where he leverages his broad experience to design and deliver robust data solutions.
He holds a BSc in Economics and Business Economics and has worked as a Data Engineering Consultant, Product Owner, and Solution Architect before returning to hands-on data engineering. Jeroen is certified as an MCSE in Data Management and Analytics, a Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate, a Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, and a Professional Scrum Product Owner.
