Challenge: Improving treatment adherence through data-driven analysis
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, needed to analyze dosage behavior among patients in the German market to identify patterns in treatment stops and restarts. The ultimate goal was to improve patient adherence and empower healthcare professionals (HCPs) with targeted educational materials. However, the data landscape was highly fragmented, scattered across multiple silos and subject to strict data privacy regulations. This made it nearly impossible to perform patient-level analysis without compromising compliance or data security. They needed a solution that could uncover actionable insights while preserving complete anonymity and regulatory alignment.
How we helped
We developed an AI-driven solution powered by a proprietary matching algorithm to analyze patient-level adherence data securely. The system enabled dynamic analysis of dosage patterns, allowing the client to:
