Visium's evolution: Strategic management buyout marks a new era for AI & data consultancy leader

A successful Management Buyout (MBO) has been completed, bringing together a refreshed leadership team committed to driving forward the vision and values that have been the cornerstone of Visium since its inception. 

Alen Arslanagic, Visium's Founder and CEO, remains at the helm, ready to steer the company towards its bright future. Meanwhile, as part of this strategic restructuring, Visium bids farewell to two of its co-founders, Timon Zimmermann (CTO) and Matteo Togninalli (COO), who are stepping down from their operational roles. Their departure comes after diligent preparation, ensuring a seamless transition to the next generation of leadership.

Alen Arslanagic remains at the forefront as CEO, leading Visium into its next phase of growth and innovation. Joining him are new-generation partners who have been part of Visium's leadership team for years and have proven themselves to be outstanding in delivering value to our clients: 

• Vuk Vegezzi, Consulting Practice Lead, recognized for his crucial role in shaping the company's consulting services and client success strategies, becomes responsible for company operations and delivery of client engagements. 
• Lucas Nottaris, Commercial Lead, will continue to drive the company's commercial strategies and partnerships, ensuring client needs and market demands are met with agility and precision. 
• Pascal Rodriguez, Engineering Director, becomes responsible for leading engineering excellence and technological innovation for which Visium is renowned.
